Building effective management skills in emerging leaders and supervisors is one of the most important elements of your talent development program. Front-line supervisors and rising middle managers are often promoted due to excellent performance as workers and individual contributors. Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP): This program is designed for the leader who already has some experience, but is looking to build a skill-set for their next rung on the leadership ladder. In this program, individuals will identify current strengths and opportunities for growth, identify developmental goals and action plans, participate in 1-on-1 coaching, and work through the following modules: Self-Awareness, Leading through a Culture of Change, Building a Sustainable Culture, Building Relationships, Mentoring and Coaching.

Format: Participants in each program meet together in four ½ day sessions over the course of three to four months. Class members receives three 45-minute one-to-one coaching sessions outside of class. Each program will contain a maximum of 15 participants from multiple companies.
Fee per person: $1995 (a special offer for inaugural offering - $2995 regularly!)
(Grant funding through the Workforce Development Institute (WDI) may be available for participants registering prior to March 13!)
