Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) Day 1

TDO's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Program offers a unique combination of in-depth classroom training, personal coaching, and project application to take participants' Lean Six Sigma skills to the Black Belt level. Past participants have averaged a 50 percent return on investment in the first year using this structured approach to reducing variations and solving company problems. Class memebers will learn by doing - and from each other - in this highly effective training program.

 

Seats are still available for the program starting February 28. Grant help unavailable for this course but may be availible for future upcoming training events.

 

The program features:

  • Small, highly interactive classes to maximize learning
  • Personal coaching for all participants by TDO's certified Master Black Belts to accelerate mastery of skills
  • Local classes which provide a built-in network of regional Black Belts for ongoing networking and support. Also eliminates T&L expenses associated with other programs.
  • Face-to-face classroom format facilitating deeper learning and stronger ties between participants.

Leadership Development Program

Building effective management skills in emerging leaders and supervisors is one of the most important elements of your talent development program. Front-line supervisors and rising middle managers are often promoted due to excellent performance as workers and individual contributors. However, their supervisory and leadership skills are often underdeveloped or not developed at all.

 

Closing this gap will have an immediate effect on productivity and performance through:

 

  • Reduced turnover
  • Less conflict
  •  Better communication
  • Enhanced team performance
  •  Increased employee engagement

 

 

This new program can deliver those results:

 

Leadership Development Program (LDP):  This program is designed to assist new leaders in their capacity to lead and influence others.  As an entry-level leadership program, the curriculum focuses on the developmental strengths and areas of growth for the individual, and offers them a platform to find their voice as a leader. The program includes 1-on-1 coaching, identifying developmental goals and action plans, and modules covering key skills and concepts for new leaders and supervisors.  Modules include:  An Orientation to Leadership, Self-Awareness, Communication Styles, Leading with a Purpose, and Problem Solving/Critical Thinking.

 

Format: Participants in each program meet together in four ½ day sessions over the course of three to four months. Class members receives three 45-minute one-to-one coaching sessions outside of class.  Each program will contain a maximum of 15 participants from multiple companies.

Fee per person: $1995 (a special offer for inaugural offering - $2995 regularly!)

Format: Participants in each program meet together in four ½ day sessions over the course of three to four months. Class members receives three 45-minute one-to-one coaching sessions outside of class.  Each program will contain a maximum of 15 participants from multiple companies.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Open Enrollment)

$2,200 / participant – registration required

This in-depth sixty-four hour workshop combines a comprehensive classroom presentation with practical application through project exercises. We introduce the basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma and demonstrate the tools and methodology necessary to successfully apply them within the DMAIC process improvement framework. Participants will complete a project focused on their business while participating in the classroom experience and applying the learned skills.
