TDO's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Program offers a unique combination of in-depth classroom training, personal coaching, and project application to take participants' Lean Six Sigma skills to the Black Belt level. This in-depth sixty-four hour workshop combines a
comprehensive classroom presentation with practical application through project
exercises. We introduce the basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma and demonstrate
the tools and methodology necessary to successfully apply them within the DMAIC
process improvement framework. Participants will complete a project focused on
their business while participating in the classroom experience and applying the
